Extremely short office hours... no local phone number given and the national phone number is an automated disaster. First time I tried it, I was told to expect a one hour wait. Second time I was told that they were too busy and I'd have to call back some other time... but to remember that they are busiest at the beginning of a month and the beginning of the week... I was calling at the end of the month and the middle of the week. Are you still using the government shutdown for your excuses? - pretty obvious that nobody is going to read this but other frustrated citizens.

FYI When you call ask your agent for their name. If the name given is Crystal, please ask for another agent. She is rude and extremely unprofessional.
