Queen Lili'uokalani Children's Center: Maui Unit information provided by: the Hawai'i Department of Health

Provides services to orphaned and destitute children in the State of Hawaii, with preference given to Hawaiian ancestry. With partners, QLCC works toward the development of: healthy children, strong positive family attachment, stable home environment and caring communities. Accessibility: Barrier-free for disabled. Transportation: Rides not provided by agency. Insurance: N/A.

Target Group:
Orphan and destitute children living in Hawaii between the ages of birth through 17 years orphaned through death of a parent, preference to Hawaiian, part-Hawaiian children.


Application Process:
Screening interview-face-to-face or over the phone.

Eligibility Requirements:
For casework services, Hawaiian children between the ages of birth through 17 years orphaned through death of a parent.

My grandchildren have benefited through the Queens Trust in education, in hawaiian culture and adventures. Without her I would be struggling in tring to give them the education needed. Thank you Queen Lili'u for your kind generosity and shaping lives of our children.
